This is an application moved on behalf of the petitioner for bringing on record the factum of settlement arrived at between the parties vide Deed of Settlement/Compromise (copy of which is annexed with the application). The petitioner has also prayed for permitting him to withdraw the revision petition as the matter has been settled between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 6 has also affirmed the factum of settlement arrived at between the parties. 3.

The application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter has CRL.REV.P. 509/2009

been settled between the parties, he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition.
