The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/ MCD to take action against the unauthorised construction at property bearing no. 2304, Chatta Momgram, Turkman Gate, Delhi110006 admeasuring about 60 square yard or 50.167 square meter. 2.

Counsel for the respondent no.1/ MCD points out that a civil suit has been filed by the petitioner bearing suit no. CS DJ 1246/2025 which is pending adjudication before the District Court. 3.

In view thereof, the present writ petition cannot be entertained. 5.
