The grievance in present petition pertains to two petitioners i.e. petitioner No.1-Mr. Vasant Lal Kadhi and his wife i.e. Mrs. Dhiraj Kodhi. 2.

During course of the consideration, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that as far as the grievance of petitioner No. 1 is concerned, it has already been taken care of as the amount in question is being remitted today through online transfer/NEFT.

Learned counsel for respondent-Corporation (Life Insurance Corporation of India) appeared on advance notice and submits a proposal with respect to the grievance of petitioner No. 2. 4.

It is submitted that without prejudice to the rights and contentions, they would treat the present writ petition, so far as it relates to petitioner No.2, as W.P.(C) 17305/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. representation and would decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for petitioner has no objection to the above said proposal.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing that the present petition shall be treated as representation and respondent shall decide the same within four weeks from today.

Needless to say, if the petitioner No. 2 is aggrieved by the outcome of the aforesaid representation, she would be at liberty to file writ petition afresh.
