The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: a.

Set aside/quash the impugned order dated 26.11.2024 passed by the Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Central District, Delhi under Section 4 7 of Delhi Police Act, 1978 against the petitioner whereby the petitioner is ordered to remove herself beyond of the limits of NCT of Delhi for a period of 12 months with effect from 03.12.2024, and/or;

IN THE ALTERNATIVE

Issue a writ or direction to the appellate authority i.e. Ld. Lt. Governor of GNCT of Delhi by way of a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order for early listing/disposal of the appeal titled as "Pratima Vs State of GNCT of Delhi & Anr."

application before the appellate authority seeking preponement of the appeal. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority and move an application seeking proponement of the appeal.

In the event any such application is filed by the petitioner, the same may be considered and disposed of by the appellate authority within two weeks from the date of filing of such application, having regard to the ground articulated by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner has four minor children to take care of and delay in disposal of the appeal is likely to affect their studies in the school.
