Through the present connected Writ Petitions, filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner prays for issuance of direction to the Chairperson, learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Calcutta [<DRAT, Calcutta=], to expeditiously dispose of the two Appeals filed by the Petitioner. 2.
The Chairperson, learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi [<DRAT, Delhi=] has already demitted the office and additional charge of Delhi has been handed over to the Chairperson, learned DRAT, Calcutta. In absence of complete information with regard to the total number of cases pending before the learned DRAT, Calcutta and learned DRAT, Delhi, it will not be appropriate to issue any such direction. However, the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an application before the learned DRAT for expeditious disposal of the matter which shall be considered by the Bench sympathetically. 3.
Accordingly, the present Writ Petitions along with the pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of, in the aforesaid terms. 4.
