All these petitions are being disposed of vide this common order as the facts involved are similar.

The grievance raised is that the petitioners have not been given the retiral benefits and the salary for the Covid-19 period. 3.

The contention is that despite serving legal notice, the needful has not been done till date.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the petitions are disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to consider the legal notice of the petitioners in accordance with law by passing a speaking order. 5.

Taking into account the issue of pensionary benefits is involved, let the needful be done by the respondent no.2 within six weeks of the receipt of the certified copy of this order.

In the eventuality if the petitioners are found entitled to the dues, the same shall be credited to the accounts of the petitioners within four weeks thereafter.
