This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties.

This Court vide order dated 25.04.2025 had appointed Justice S.C. Gupte, Former Judge of Bombay High Court as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

However, the Ld. Sole Arbitrator has expressed his inability to conduct the arbitration proceedings.

The parties agree that another Arbitrator be appointed on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 25.04.2025 passed in O.M.P.(T)(COMM.) 2/2023.

With consent of parties, Ms. Justice Mukta Gupta, Former Judge, High Court of Delhi (Mob. No. 9650788600) is appointed as the Arbitrator on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 25.04.2025. 6.
