By filing the present writ petition from Jail, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of arranging funds for the delivery of his wife and also for reconnecting social ties with the family & society.

Notice. Ms.Kamna Vohra, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice of this writ petition and furnishes the status report. 3.
Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed two weeks furlough w.e.f. 29.12.2015 to 12.01.2016.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
7.
Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
