O R D E R

% 20.03.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.05.2010 passed by the Central Information Commission whereby the CIC had directed the petitioner to provide to the appellant photocopies of the performance appraisal forms of the petitioner for the previous 10 years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disclosure of the names of the reporting officer and reviewing officer may adversely affect the inter personal relationship between the respondents and the officers of the bank. He, however, submits that with regard to the other contents of the performance appraisal forms, the petitioners have no objection in providing the same. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner only wanted to know the reasons for the respective grading given to W.P.(C) 4202/2010

the petitioner and is not interested in knowing the names of the reporting officers as well as the reviewing officers. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to furnish the performance appraisal forms to the respondents for the previous 10 years by redacting the names of the reporting officers as well as reviewing officer. Let the information be provided within a period of four weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of above. No order as to cost.
