The petitioner seeks interim bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR Nos. 481/2008 & 475/2008 registered under Section 302/34 IPC and MCOCA Act at PS Vasant Kunj to get proper medical treatment. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
The petitioner is involved in case FIR No.
481/2008 under Section 302/34 IPC PS Vasant Kunj. He is also involved in FIR No.475/2008 under Sections 379/411/34 IPC PS Vasant Kunj. He has been also booked under MCOCA Act. Status report reveals that he is also involved in FIR No.69/2009 under Sections 365/302/201 IPC PS Vasant Vihar, FIR No.08/2009 under Sections 302/201 IPC PS Vasant Kunj, FIR No.71/2007 under BAIL APPLN. 623/2016
Sections 170/171/419/420/465/468/471 IPC and 25 Arms Act PS Defence Colony and FIR No.28/2002 under Sections 420/467/468/34 IPC. Status report contains detail of 14 FIRs showing the petitioner's involvement therein.

Medical report received from Superintendent Jail reveals that at present his condition is stable.

Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner in various cases, I find no sufficient ground for grant of interim bail on medical ground as his condition is stable and he is getting regular treatment at the jail hospital. The bail application stands dismissed.
