% 25.08.2017 In this case, an award has been passed by the learned Arbitrator dated 23.01.2017. Earlier, this Court in a writ petition under Section 9 of the Act had passed orders restraining the respondents from granting the third party interest on property being plot no. 2, Sector 17 A, Yamuna Express Way, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. and 1, Knowledge Park, Phase II, Greater Noida till any further order/direction by learned Arbitrator or till the termination of the Arbitral proceedings.

This Court when the matter came up on 10.03.2017 extended the order. As now the award has been passed, the above order passed by this Court on 10.03.2017 shall continue to operate for a period of two months as per law regarding the said properties. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
