% 18.03.2016 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. She does not oppose the petition.

The petitioner seeks transfer of the suit earlier filed in this Court as C.S. (OS) No. 3260/2014 back to this Court from the Court of the District Judge, Saket on the ground that despite the rise in the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court the suit in question which raises IPR related disputes is liable to be tried by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is allowed. The record of C.S. (OS) No. 3260/2014 be transferred to this Court for being tried by this Court.
