% 25.07.2016 Present FIR No.1310/2015 under Sections 420/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Hari Nagar on the complaint of respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 has alleged in the FIR that petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are her neighbours. On 25.05.2015, they represented the respondent No.2 that they were business partners of M/s. Naswiz Holiday Private Limited. They represented that in case she purchase two schemes of Naswiz Holiday Private Limited of Rs. 7,950/- each, then she will get regular income of Rs. 40,000/- per week after three months from the generation of her scheme ID and additionally, she will get a tour package of four nights five days in three star hotels in India. They also represented that she would be awarded a car by the company if she brought more and more persons in their business network. During this period, she handed over a cheque bearing No. 407759 for Rs. 15,900/- in favour of Naswiz Holiday Private Limited

to petitioner No.2. She was given a tour kit with invoice of the company.

When she asked from the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 as to when she will start receiving income from her investment, they asked her to wait.

In nutshell, it is alleged that no amount was paid by M/s. Naswiz Holiday Private Limited.

Petitioner No.1 is the Director of M/s. Naswiz Holiday Private Limited.

Petitioners and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes during the investigation. Petitioner and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes vide Deed of Settlement dated 25.01.2016.

Respondent No.2 has admitted having entered into settlement with petitioners. She has also admitted that she has been paid the settled amount.

She has no objection if the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the above facts and the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No.1310/2015 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Hari Nagar, is quashed.

The petition is disposed of.
