% 09.04.2018 It is submitted that respondent nos. 2 and 3 are parents of Ms. Rajni. Ms. Rajni is now 22 years of age. It is alleged that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 had employed Ms. Rajni with the help of petitioner nos. 3 and 4 while Ms. Rajni was minor. Consequently, FIR No. 07/2011 under Sections 23/26 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 1986 was registered at Police Station K.M. Pur. It
is submitted that petitioners have settled the matter with respondent nos. 2 and 3, vide a Deed of Settlement dated 5th March, 2018, inasmuch as have paid Rs.1 lac to Ms. Rajni and her parents, that is, respondent nos. 2 and 3. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 and Ms. Rajni are present in Court along with their counsel.
Deed of Settlement dated 5th March, 2018 is on record. It is submitted that after investigation, charge-sheet was filed under Sections 342/34 IPC read with Sections 23/26 of Juvenile Justice Act,1986 and Section of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.
Respondent nos. 2 and 3 as well as Ms. Rajni submit that they do not wish to pursue the aforesaid FIR any further after having settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
They further submit that the FIR may be quashed. Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 and 3 have also been filed, wherein factum of settlement as well as receipt of compensation has been mentioned. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the concerned parties amicably, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 07/2011 under Sections 342/34 IPC read with Sections 23/26 of Juvenile Justice Act, 1986 and Section 16 of the Bonded Labour
System (Abolition) Act, 1976 registered at Police Station K.M. Pur and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.

I have settled the matter with petitioner no. 1 amicably. My marriage with petitioner no. 1 has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent passed by the Family Courts, Gurugram on 7th February, 2018. I have already received the entire settled amount. I have no objection in case FIR No. 656/2014 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners. I have made this statement voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
