The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties. Having perused the contents of the petition and also no objection being expressed by the counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the Arbitral Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 1st April, 2018, with the consent of the parties.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Dasti.
