W.P.(C) 2294/2016 and CM Appl. No. 9882/2016 (stay) Petitioner has challenged show cause notice under Section 345-A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 issued by the respondent no. 2. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition against the show cause notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that reply to show cause notice has already been filed before the respondent no. 2. He further submits that

petitioner may be permitted to file some documents. Let documents be filed within one week. Thereafter, respondent no. 2 shall pass a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Petitioner shall appear before the Deputy Commissioner (Central Zone), Lajpat Nagar - III, New Delhi on 28th March, 2016 at 10 AM.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
