O R D E R
% 22.12.2015 Parties have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 16th October, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Settlement Agreement, 'Mark C-1'. Settlement Agreement, 'Mark C-1' has been signed by the parties and their counsels.
Parties are present in Court today and have identified their signatures on 'Mark C-1'. I do not find the terms of the settlement to be in conflict with any law. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of 'Mark C1'. Decree is passed in terms of 'Mark C-1', which shall form the part of decree. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of
mediation, court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs and a necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
