O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 43/2018 This is a petition under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 praying for extension of time for making of the arbitral award in the arbitration proceedings between the parties. The petition has been jointly filed by the parties to the arbitration proceedings. Having perused the contents of the petition, the period for making of the arbitral award is extended by a further period of one year with effect from today i.e. 3rd April, 2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Dasti.
