Status report has also been filed on behalf of the Police, verifying the death of the Appellant as on 15th October, 2018. 4.

The surety, who is also the brother of the Appellant, has submitted that the family does not want to continue with the appeal. 5.

Due to death of the Appellant, the appeal is abated. 6.

Surety discharged.

Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of.
