% 20.02.2017 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the Mediation Report dated 17.01.2017 is on record. The plaintiff has submitted that he has received post-dated cheques in terms of this settlement. The suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement. Parties shall be bound by this settlement.

Since the matter stands settled before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, a certificate of refund of court fee in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fee Act and Section 89 of CPC shall be issued in favour of the plaintiff.
