CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT
O R D E R
% 30.07.2019 After brief arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties, I am of the opinion that justice would be met if this Court directs the respondent nos.1 & 2 to hold DPC for the post of Vice Principal and consider the eligible candidates including the petitioner and DPC for the post of Principal by taking into account the ACRs of all the eligible candidates, as per rule.
Counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the post of Vice Principal and Principal are still lying vacant. Accordingly, I hereby direct the respondent nos.1 & 2 to hold the DPC for the post of Vice Principal within four weeks from the receipt of this order and thereafter, DPC for the post of Principal within four weeks thereafter, by taking into account the ACRs of all the eligible candidates as per rule.
In view of above directions, the petition is disposed of. Order Dasti.
