% 08.03.2017 Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners are not in contact with him and he has not been able to get in touch with them. Mr. Akhtar has tendered in court a status report, which shows that the petitioners have not been found to be residing at the given address in Delhi. In view of the aforesaid, counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the court again if necessary.
