This application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking correction of the Order dated 26.11.2025.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that in the Order dated 26.11.2025, passed by this Court, extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, an inadvertent error has crept in inasmuch as the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has been extended till 30.09.2026, whereas the extension was sought only till 31.03.2026.

In the opinion of this Court, the Order dated 26.11.2025 does not require any correction because if the Award is pronounced before 31.03.2026 then the period till 30.09.2026 will automatically become irrelevant. However, in case the award is not pronounced before 31.03.2026 then the learned Arbitral Tribunal has time till 30.09.2026 to pronounce the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
