W.P.(C) 2251/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent nos.1, 4 and 5 state that the issue raised in the present petition shall be governed by the order of this Court dated 8th March, 2017 in WP(C) no.2176/2017. They also state that the petitioner and respondents 1, 4 and 5 shall maintain the same schedule for filing pleadings. Their statement is taken on record. For parity

of reasons, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner and respondent nos.1,4 and 5 to appear before the Director of Education on 15th March, 2017 at 4.30 pm.

Till such time, the issue is decided by the Director in terms of this order, one seat in Nursery shall be kept reserved. They are at liberty to take such pleas as available to them on facts and in law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the merit of the issue raised. Concerned parties aggrieved, shall be at liberty to challenge the order to be passed by the Director of Education in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of.
