The present application has been filed jointly by the plaintiff and the two defendants to place on record the settlement terms agreed between them and to dispose of the present suit in terms of the settlement. 2.
Mr. Keshav Sehgal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of plaintiff and Mr. Udit Dedhiya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of defendants, jointly submit that the parties were referred to mediation during pendency of the present suit, where they have arrived at settlement, terms whereof have been reduced in writing in the form of settlement agreement dated 17.03.2026, a copy of which has been annexed as document 1 alongwith the present application.

The attention of the Court has been drawn to the said settlement. 4.
The Court finds that the settlement has been signed by the plaintiff, as well as, the two defendants.

A perusal of the terms of settlement shows that the same are lawful. Therefore, this Court does not find any impediment in decreeing the suit in terms of the settlement.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of settlement agreement dated 17.03.2026, which shall form part of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.

Let decree sheet be drawn accordingly.

The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed above, the suit along with pending applications stand disposed of.
