After hearing some arguments the learned counsel for the appellant under instructions of the appellant accepts the offer of the respondent for an amount of Rs.2.00 lacs i.e. Rs.1.00 lac to be paid within this week and balance Rs.1.00 lac to be paid on or before 29.02.2020; towards full and final settlement of all dues of the appellant being subject matter of this litigation. In the circumstances the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s) if any, also stands disposed of. The respondent shall be bound by the statement of its counsel.
