% 21.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1-Delhi Medical Council to take legal action by lodging an FIR against respondents No.2 to 4 under Section 27 of the Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997 and Section 30 of the Delhi Bharatiya Chikitsa Parishad Act, 1998. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent nos. 2 to 4 are quacks and practicing in Sangam Park, Delhi. However, a perusal of the file reveals that petitioner has not made any representation in his personal capacity prior to approaching this Court by way of present writ petition.

Consequently, petitioner is given liberty to file a representation with Delhi Medical Council within two weeks. In the event, such a representation is filed within the stipulated period, Delhi Medical Council is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter, but after giving notice to the concerned parties as well as petitioner.

With the aforesaid liberty and direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
