% 09.01.2019 Quashing of FIR No.494/2006 under Sections 420/468/193/34 of IPC registered at P.S. Mehrauli, Delhi is sought on merits. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State informs that the charge-sheet in this FIR case has been filed. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the charges have not been framed by the trial court. Since an alternate and efficacious remedy is available to petitioner to seek discharge from the trial court, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary inherent jurisdiction to entertain this petition. In view of aforesaid, while refraining to comment upon the merits of this case, this petition is disposed of with direction to petitioners to take the pleas taken herein before the trial court, who shall pass a speaking order on the point of charge.

This petition is accordingly disposed of.
