% 25.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead move an application before the trial Court for the witnesses in question to be summoned at his instance, on steps to be taken by him, and in the event of the witnesses not responding or failing to abide by the directions in such summons, for necessary duress processes including under Order 16 Rule 12 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and criminal action, if required, to follow.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
