O R D E R

% 14.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that incident relates back to the year 2015. A cross FIR has been registered against the complainant. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed against the coaccused of the petitioner. Co-accused, against whom charge-sheet has been filed, have already been released on bail.

Allegation levelled against the petitioner is that he threw stone during the quarrel. Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only)

with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
