% 13.09.2017 Petitioner has been granted her B.Tech degree by the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission of this court to withdraw the petition. Counsel for the respondent points out that the petitioner was not entitled to the scholarship in the sum of Rs. 44,000/- which the petitioner is liable to refund to the petitioner. Since this is not an averment in the writ petition and is not a matter in issue before this court, respondent may take appropriate steps qua that issue. Permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
