For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. 2.

The appellant has filed the present application, inter alia, seeking modification of the order dated 17.01.2020 to the limited extent of the condition that requires him to report to PS Gulabi Bagh at 10.30 AM on every second and fourth Monday of the calendar month. The appellant states that in view of the prevalent pandemic, he is unable to report to the said police station and requests that the reporting police station be changed to a police station near his residence - PS Wazirabad. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 17.01.2020 is modified to the limited extent that the appellant

shall now report on every second and fourth Monday of every calendar month at 10:30 AM at the concerned police station (PS Wazirabad) instead of PS Gulabi Bagh.

The SHO PS Wazirabad shall inform PS Gulabi Bagh, if the appellant does not mark his presence at the PS as directed. 6.

The concerned authorities shall act on the present order as uploaded on the website of the High Court of Delhi without any further communication.
