% 26.11.2025 Matter is taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared holiday on account of 350th Anniversary of 'Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day'. 1.

Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.', has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for quashing of FIR No.0014/2025 dated 24.01.2025 under Section 319(2)/318(4)/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station IFSO, Special Cell and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned Prosecutor on advance notice has appeared and stated that the Charge-Sheet already stands filed in March, 2025 and the matter is pending for 19.02.2026 for Arguments on Charge.

The perusal of the Petition shows that the quashing is sought essentially on the merits of the Case.
