By the present bail application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 60 days in FIR No. 304/2020 dated 07.11.2020, registered at police station Vivek Vihar, for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the IPC, on the ground that the applicant is suffering from Multi Drug Resistance Tuberculosis and is not getting proper treatment in jail for the same. 2.

The status report has been filed by the State which indicates that the applicant has been receiving proper medication in jail and his condition is stable.

In view of the above, no ground is made out for releasing the applicant on interim bail.
