Matter is taken up today as 25.11.2025 has been declared as a holiday on account of 350th Anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day. 2.

Reading of the writ petition leaves no doubt that it is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation and this is further fortified by Prayer (a), where the Petitioner seeks quashing of 'DDA Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025'. 3.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition to espouse the individual cause of the Petitioner. 4.
