This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia challenging the impugned show cause notice dated 11.07.2025 issued by Respondent No.1. 5.

Considering that the representation of the Petitioner is pending, this writ petition is disposed of without going into the merits of the case with a direction to DDA to decided representation within two weeks from today. DDA will also consider the present writ petition as an additional representation and look into the grounds raised by the Petitioner, both factual and legal. The decision will be communicated to the Petitioner within one week from the date of decision and Petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same in case of any surviving or further grievance, in accordance with law.
