% 09.11.2017 On 10.03.2017 the following order was passed : In the meanwhile, the respondents are restrained from selling, transferring, encumbering or in any manner alienating the property bearing no.417-L, Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab-141001.

Further the respondents were directed to be served. On 25.07.2017 the respondents were served but none appeared on their behalf and in the interest of justice the matter was renotified. Even today none appears for the respondents, hence order dated 10.3.2017 is made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
