CONT.CAS(C) 325/2016 The petitioner is seeking enforcement of the award dated 11th January, 2005.

The award was challenged by writ petition bearing W.P.(C)14142/2005 which was allowed.

However, the petitioner challenged the judgment dated 12th March, 2013 in LPA 293/2013 which was allowed and the award dated 11th January, 2005 was upheld by the Division Bench vide judgment dated 14th August, 2015. The appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to execute the award in accordance with law.

The contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to execute the award in accordance with law.
