This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of certiorari quashing the letter dated 24.06.2025 issued by the MARB-NCH /Respondent No. 3 to the extent of reduction of continuance of Permission to admit Students from 50 to 35 and Denial of application for enhancement of intake from 50 to 100 seats for AY 2025-26. AND/OR b) Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of certiorari quashing the dismissal letter dated 04.08.2025 issued by the NCH / Respondent No. 2.

AND/OR d) Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 3 to grant permission to the Petitioner College for taking admissions with 100 seats in UG(BHMS) courses for the academic year 2025-2026."

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to Respondents No. 2 and 3.
