Learned counsel for the respondent states on instructions from the respondent who is present in Court, that the respondent will take expeditious steps to withdraw the Domestic Violence case in respect whereof the present petition has been filed.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions
from the petitioners who are also present in Court, submits that he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to approach the Court in case the respondent does not act in accordance with the assurance given to this Court. 3.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
