(COMM) 217/2018 & IAs 7020-21/2018 Counsels for the parties jointly submit that the Impugned Award may be modified to the extent that instead of and in place of awarding a sum of Rs.1,07,19,374/- along with interest @8% per annum, the respondent shall be entitled to a sum of Rs.85,10,000/- (which includes service tax), along with interest @3% per annum. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this amount shall be paid to the respondent within eight weeks from today. The petition and the pending applications are disposed of recording the above settlement.
