As the petitioner is already before the learned Single Judge under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, Cont.Cas(C) 1783/2025 KUMAR 15:50:52
we do not deem it appropriate to entertain a similar challenge in the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take remedies available in law, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the learned Single Judge on the application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A.

We have expressed no opinion on the aspect of whether there is or is not any disobedience of the order passed in the suit. 4.
