Mr Rajat Navet, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent is willing to settle the deputes in terms of the draft MOU as annexed as Annexure P-25 alongwith the present petition. 2.

Mr Dayan Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the authorised representative of the petitioner shall execute the MOU at the office of the respondent tomorrow, that is, on 27.04.2018 at 10:30 a.m.

It is directed that on the execution of the MOU, the respondent shall return the original bank guarantees.
