The present application has been filed by the applicant/ respondent no.4 seeking directions to the respondent no.1/ MCD to not take coercive action in respect of the residential premises of the applicant/ respondent no.4 during the pendency of the present writ petition. 2.
Counsel for the respondent no.1/ MCD submits that a demolition notice has already been issued in respect of the said premises. 2.1.
Let a copy of the same be supplied to the counsel for the applicant/ respondent no.4.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the action taken by the respondent no.1/ MCD in respect of unauthorized construction carried out by respondents no.3 and 4, he does not wish to pursue the present petition any further.

The next date of 2nd April, 2026 in the present writ petition stands cancelled.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the respondents no.3 and 4 are kept open.
