The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent No.1 to conduct forensic audit of the financials/accounts of Respondent No.1/Equestrian Federation of India as decided in the meeting of the Executive Committee held on 17.08.2024 and approved and concurred by the Respondent No. 4 i.e. Ld. Court Appointed Observer by his communication dated 01.09.2024 in a time bound manner; and (ii) books of accounts, access to the Federation office, software, ledgers and relevant files to Respondent No.1 to facilitate the implementation and enforcement of the decision to conduct the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. forensic audit of the accounts of Respondent No.1; and (iii) pass any such other further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.
In terms of the directions passed by the Court on 18.02.2026 in W.P.(C) 10342/2019 and other connected matters, the Indian Olympic Association vide order dated 27.03.2026 has appointed an ad-hoc Committee for the governance of ESI.

The grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition can be looked into by the said Committee, so appointed. The petitioner is, therefore, granted liberty to file a comprehensive representation enclosing all necessary documents before the Ad-hoc Committee. 4.
Let the Ad-hoc Committee to consider the said representation with due expedition and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable period of time.

Needless to state that if the grievance of the petitioner is not mitigated, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.

With these observations, the instant petition along with the pending application stands disposed of.
