This petition is filed seeking quashing of order dated 07.11.2025 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate (in short SDM), Kapashera. 3.

The area in question was declared as Low Density Residential Area by notification dated 18.06.2013 by Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India. restraining illegal construction/plotting/unauthorized construction in the land in question till further orders. The affected parties were asked to furnish sanction plan/ documents/building permissions within three working days. This writ petition is filed impugning the order dated 07.11.2025 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time and realizing that no response in pursuance to the interim order was filed, is not pressing this writ petition, restricting the prayer that the time to produce the documents asked for and to establish title be extended by one week. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent in view of the restricted prayer has no serious objection.

6.

The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file response to the impugned order on or before 03.12.2025. 7.

The respondents before proceeding further shall consider the response of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a speaking order. 8.
