O R D E R

% 08.04.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to stay the closure and transfer of the Seed PUHC Dispensary from Inder Enclave, Phase-II, Kirari, Delhi110086. It has been averred in the petition that on the complaint of present MLA of Kirari, respondent No.4-Chief District Medical Officer on 25th October, 2015 informed petitioner No.2 regarding closure of the aforesaid Dispensary.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that the aforesaid dispensary has been working for the last four years without any complaint. He further states that the closure of the aforesaid Dispensary would harm the poor families which are undergoing treatment in the aforesaid Dispensary. He also states that the

petitioner no.2 is getting rent from the said premises. Learned counsel for the petitioners lastly states that petitioners have made a number of complaints to the respondents but till date no reply has been received.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, this Court disposes of the present writ petition along with the application by directing the respondent no.4 to dispose of petitioners' representation dated 18th January, 2016 by way of a speaking order within a period of four weeks.
