Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.
For redressal of the grievances raised in this petition, the petitioner has already represented this cause by means of a representation dated 28.05.2025 to the authorities concerned including the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, which has been enclosed as Annexure P-3 in this writ petition.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi to attend to the said representation to take appropriate decision thereon as may be permissible under law within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
