% 22.02.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged unauthorized construction on the terrace of property bearing No. F-12 Kailash Colony, New Delhi. Respondent No.1/SDMC and respondents Nos. 3 and 4 /private parties are represented. Presence of respondent No. 2/ SHO P.S Greater Kailash is not necessary in these proceedings, at this stage. 2.
After some submissions, Mr. R. K. Saini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force set-up by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs vidé Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 under directions of the Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors. to pursue his alternate, efficacious remedy before the said Special Task Force. 3.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
