This is a petition filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking setting aside of the impugned order dated 31.10.2025 passed by the Arbitrator.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in the present appeal, only the time granted by the respondent to furnish the bank guarantee in terms of order dated 31.10.2025 be extended by 4 weeks from today.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the same.
